KFC
HypeFeast: Fresh like fried chicken.
KFC has been part of pop culture for decades. To stay relevant with our younger target market, we decided to launch a capsule collection that spoke their language - streetwear. With a $6000 CAD budget, KFC Canada refreshed their employee uniforms and dropped an exclusive streetwear collection on colonelandco.ca

Role
8 bit Colonel
To make our launch even more nostalgic, I proactively created an 8-bit KFC world where the colonel is on his quest to get the best fried chicken.

The coolest employees found at KFC.
We made our in-store employees look as fresh as our fried chicken with the new “streetwear” uniform designs.
Where there is a will, there is a way.
We didn’t have enough budget to cast a model agency (total budget of $6000 CAD). In order to cast the models myself, I waited in front of an art school entrance because that’s where all the interesting humans are. Interestingly, I found out even the security guards at art schools are built like models. We ended up with a lot of models to choose from and were able to find the best humans for the shoot. We also thrifted a lot of props in the photoshoot and had a fantastic in-house photographer who got us HypeBeast-worthy shots.
